9. We are one of the few facilities in Lexington who offer an employee position rather than hiring you as an independent contractor. This means that we pay a portion of your taxes and can offer certain perks like paid supervision. We put a lot of money into hiring and training you, so we treat you like a valuable asset for our long-term success.
