Rhythm and Relaxation
Give your little ones the joy of music while you get a moment to rest and restore! Kids ages 1-7 will build confidence, coordination, and creativity through songs and play while parents take turns recharging with a FREE 5-10 minute chair massage! Event will take place at Lexington Library Eastside Branch. Music class will be led by a board-certified music therapist, while parent/caregiver massages are given by our licensed massage therapist, Jess in the same room!
